HIV hasn't gone away.
Approximately 3 Australians a day are diagnosed with HIV. And infection rates have risen across the nation since 1999.
BGF is Australia’s longest-running HIV charity. Formed by friends to help a friend, we have been helping HIV positive people for 26 years.
Today, we help over 1450 people a year. 20 years ago, we helped just 120!
Many of our clients live below the poverty line. Many are too ill to work and need our support just to keep their heads above water.
Your gift can help us to help people with HIV to stay in their homes, pay for vital HIV medications, return to work, do a training course, or just return to a state of wellness.
