Becoming a BGF client is simple. All you have to do is make an appointment with us or register over the phone.
If you come in for your appointment, you’ll need to bring these things with you. If you are registering by phone, you will need to send copies of these documents to us:
• proof of identity
• proof of residence in NSW
• a doctor’s letter confirming your HIV status
• a statement of income if you are requesting financial assistance (eg: Centrelink income statement or Payslip)
*NB: When you contact Centrelink, you must specifically ask for an Income Statement, which includes details of your assets.

Before you become a client of BGF, you need to sign the client service agreement. Read through the service agreement here.
