You are not required to provide more information than we have determined is absolutely necessary. Any and all information collected at this site will be kept strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone for any purpose. Any information you give to us will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways other than to which you have consented.

We analyse our website logs to improve the value of the website. Our website logs are not personally identifiable, and we make no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site.

What information do we collect?

BGF typically asks for the information listed below. However, it is your choice as to how much of this information you provide. All information is held securely.

• contact information (name, address, email)
• personal details including: date of birth (optional), gender
• credit card numbers for online donations. Please note your credit card information is directly entered onto the NAB payment gateway. BGF never sees nor can we access this information.

How we use the information?

We collect this information in order to :

• process donations and provide receipts
• maintain accurate details of our supporters' history with the organisation
• keep our supporters informed of our work
• assist in the cost-effective development of our marketing and fundraising activities
