Join us for an unforgettable night of fun, laughter, and support as we come together for the World AIDS Day Trivia Night on 30th November at the iconic Imperial Hotel, Erskineville. This exciting event is set to be hosted by two fabulous queens of the Sydney scene – the one and only Etcetera Etcetera and the hilarious Carla from Bankstown. Known for their larger-than-life personalities, sharp wit, and dazzling performances, they will keep the energy high and the good times rolling as we raise crucial funds and awareness for the Bobby Goldsmith Foundation.
The hosts
Etcetera Etcetera, a celebrated drag artist and activist, is renowned for using her platform to advocate for LGBTQIA+ rights and spread awareness about HIV. With her signature style and unapologetic humour, she's sure to bring a fun, educational, and empowering edge to the night.
She will be joined by Carla from Bankstown, who has captured the hearts of many with her hilarious, no-nonsense personality and keen sense of humour. Known for her viral videos and sharp tongue, Carla will undoubtedly bring plenty of laughs and keep everyone on their toes throughout the trivia and performances.

Whether you’re a trivia buff or just in it for a good time, there will be questions to challenge everyone – with some cheeky surprises thrown in by our hosts. No trivia night is complete without some entertainment, and with two show-stopping drag performers at the helm, you can expect top-tier acts that will leave you in stitches and in awe. Performances throughout the evening will celebrate the vibrancy and resilience of the LGBTQIA+ community and serve as a reminder of the importance of continuing the fight against HIV stigma.
In addition to the trivia and performances, there will be a raffle featuring incredible prizes generously donated by local businesses and supporters. With some unique items up for grabs, this is your chance to take home something special while supporting a great cause.
Why attend
Beyond the fun and games, the World AIDS Day Trivia Night is a chance to come together as a community and show solidarity with people living with HIV. Every dollar raised will go directly to the Bobby Goldsmith Foundation, Australia’s longest continuously running HIV charity. BGF provides vital services such as financial counselling, health and wellbeing programs, and community support to people living with HIV, helping them live well and with dignity.
