Daily Rituals is a new four-week course designed to enhance your overall wellbeing through the creation of your own energy management tool kit. You will learn how to meditate and apply calming breathing techniques. You will walk away from the program with some simple postures to help your body wind down and techniques on how to create space (in both your inner and outer world) that promote a deep rest practice to help facilitate sleep. You will also be gifted a bespoke essential oil blend to complement the shared practices.
This alternative health program will help you create daily rituals that start your day right and help you get the most out of every day and your body.
Week 1 | BREATH
A guide to using the power of your breath to find a balanced state of being.
Week 2 | WHITE SPACE
A meditation and journaling practice to help you begin your day with a clear mind.
Week 3 | EMPTYING OUT
An end of day practice to clear your body of tension.
Week 4 | DEEP
A practice to deeply relax your body and mind to help facilitate deep and restorative sleep.
About the Facilitator, Bec:
