Corporate Funding Development Manager
Support a vision to ensure all people living with HIV can thrive
Develop long term, mutually beneficial corporate partnerships
Corporate sector or NFP experience welcome, part time 30 hours
Your key priority in this newly created role is to build and sustain relationships with corporate partners, both new and existing. Additionally you will:
Build a framework to manage the new funding acquisition process
Leverage the networks of BGF’s Board and Committees
Research industry markets and segments
Develop proposals, agreements and contracts
Pitch to senior level decision makers
Collaborate internally to ensure activation and stewardship
Ideally you will have the following skills and experience to offer:
You have a business development background with a track record in generating partnerships, donations or sales from either the not-for-profit or the corporate sector and have proven success meeting revenue targets.
Your “hunter” approach to building a pipeline of qualified leads combined with your honed relationship skills, strategic thinking, creativity and business acumen will support your ability to develop and retain corporate partnerships.
This is a permanent, part-time role working 60 hours per fortnight, based in Surry Hills, Sydney.

Community Support Worker
Join the Community Support Program (CSP) - an integral part of BGF's model of care, and work with BGF's Caseworkers, Case Managers and other service providers to achieve improved health and wellbeing outcomes for our clients,
Work in the community to support people living with HIV to build their resilience and maintain their independence,
You will have a minimum of Certificate IV in Community Service (or a willingness to undertake this study),
Compassion and empathy, as well as the ability to engage and assist clients with daily living skills,
