• Positive Heterosexuals is a social support group for HIV positive heterosexuals in NSW.
• Positive Life NSW works to promote a positive image of people living with and affected by HIV with the aim of eliminating prejudice, isolation, stigmatisation and discrimination.
• ANKALI provides provide emotional and social support to people living with HIV (PLHIV).
• The Albion Street Centre (Albion) is the only major community based, multidisciplinary centre dealing exclusively with HIV clinical management, counselling, research, prevention and education in Australia.
• HIV Outreach Team is a multidisciplinary outreach team (service) providing confidential health care services for people living with or closely affected by HIV across the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District.
• ADAHPS support for HIV positive residents of NSW who have, or suspect they have, cognitive impairment and complex health or psychosical issues caused by HIV, that prevent independent living.
• DoctorDoctor is a home visit doctor service provided by the Australian Locum Medical Service to residents of metropolitan Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.

Community Fundraising and Events Coordinator

An opportunity exists for a person with excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills to join our Marketing and Fundraising team.

Your primary focus will be to coordinate activities related to the development and implementation of all community fundraising initiatives and events.

You will be part of a small but enthusiastic Marketing and Fundraising team and have responsibility for:

Event planning, coordination and implementation;
Community fundraising activities;
Project delivery;
Community Partner relationships;
Volunteering.

Financial Counsellor

The Financial Counsellor is a member of BGF’s Client Services team. The position exists to provide high quality assistance to BGF clients who are in financial distress. The Financial Counsellor has responsibility for:

• Provision of financial counselling services;
• Program Development;
• Operational Management;
• Partner Relationship Management.
