Our Art Therapy program consists of six art therapy workshops. This creative wellness program offers an opportunity for everyone to experience the benefits of using the creative process to enhance their wellbeing.

- Participate in 90-minute workshops each week, focusing on different themes related to social and emotional wellbeing
- Explore creative topics such as values, resilience, self-compassion, managing big feelings, creative mindfulness, personal strengths and support networks
- Join a safe and non-judgemental environment with gentle guidance from our experienced facilitator
- Connect with your thoughts, feelings and experiences, as well as your hopes and dreams through a holistic, creative process
- Showcase your artwork in an art exhibit (if you choose), with all equipment provided.
Fiona Fitzpatrick has facilitated art therapy groups for more than 20 years. Her playful, yet meaningful approach focuses on self-expression, which helps people to grow while celebrating their own strengths and resilience.
OUR PROGRAMS
Participation requirements
Art Therapy requires a minimum of six participants to proceed. If fewer than six people sign up by the start date, you will be placed on a waitlist until the minimum level is reached.
