Led by the team from RewireMe Psychology, this program connects you with a group of welcoming peers to learn new skills and techniques based in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you recognise and respond to low mood and anxiety in more constructive ways.

Participation requirements
CBT: Skills to cope with low mood and anxiety requires a minimum of six participants to proceed. If fewer than six people sign up by the start date, you will be placed on a waitlist until the minimum level is reached.
