BGF’s Eat Well, Live Well program is a 10-week healthy eating workshop designed for people living with HIV. Each week, participants will cook a two course lunch, supervised in the fully equipped Surry Hills Neighbourhood Centre.

Eat Well, Live Well is run by BGF’s Program Manager and the Community Programs Coordinator at Surry Hills Neighbourhood Centre. Both coordinators are HIV peers, providing unique insights into the value of a healthy lifestyle when living with HIV. The Surry Hills Neighbourhood Centre Coordinator is also a qualified chef.

Participation requirements
Eat Well, Live Well requires a minimum of six participants to proceed. If fewer than six people sign up by the start date, you will be placed on a waitlist until the minimum level is reached.
