Kembar Yoga brings together movement, breath and mindfulness to support your whole wellbeing. Classes range from flowing sequences to slower, grounding practices, with plenty of time to pause, rest and reconnect. The focus is on creating a calm, inclusive space where you can build strength, increase mobility and look after your mental health.

Kembar Yoga is led and run by our qualified Hatha Yoga teacher, Susan. She has been involved in the yoga community for nearly two decades and is now bringing her mix of playful yet mindful hatha vinyasa yoga classes to studios and homes all over Sydney.

Participation requirements
Kembar Yoga requires a minimum of six participants to proceed. If fewer than six people sign up by the start date, you will be placed on a waitlist until the minimum level is reached.
