Iyengar Yoga is led by Tiffany, an experienced yoga teacher who has been teaching since 2003.

OUR PROGRAMS

Participation requirements

Iyengar Yoga requires a minimum of six participants to proceed. If fewer than six people sign up by the start date, you will be placed on a waitlist until the minimum level is reached.

Please note, this program is run in NSW and SA only.
