The yoking of mental health and physical health is the ultimate goal in a Kembar Yoga class. Inspired by the Yamas and Niyamas of yogic text, expect anything from a dynamic flowing class to a deliciously slow flow where we luxuriate in those pauses in between movements and linger there, allowing one to pause, reflect and of course, breathe.

Kembar Yoga is led led and run by Hatha Yoga teacher, Susan Duffy (Yoga Alliance 200hr YTT). Susan has been involved in the yoga community for nearly two decades and is now bringing her mix of playful yet mindful hatha vinyasa yoga classes to studios and homes all over Sydney.

Participation requirements
Kembar Yoga requires a minimum of six participants to proceed. If fewer than six people sign up by the start date, you will be placed on a waitlist until the minimum level is reached.
