The Positive Self-Management Program (PSMP) is for all people living with HIV, from all walks of life, regardless of age, gender or sexuality. This evidence-based, person-centred program follows the principles of self-management, community-based health education and a strong philosophy of empowerment. Developed by Stanford University, the program provides the skills to coordinate health management needs and set achievable goals.

Participation requirements
PSMP requires a minimum of six participants to proceed. If fewer than six people sign up by the start date, you will be placed on a waitlist until the minimum level is reached.
