BGF’s Positive Walking is a relaxed weekly walking group for people living with HIV. Each week we walk a new route as we explore Sydney. Come get some fresh air, stay active, make new friends and stay connected with your community.

Program highlights
- A weekly group walk every Tuesday at 10.30am from Hyde Park
- Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities – we walk at a comfortable pace, take breaks as needed and make sure no one is left behind
- A different route each week to keep things interesting and help participants explore more of Sydney
- An opportunity to meet new people, enjoy the outdoors and boost your overall wellbeing
- A relaxed coffee catch-up at the end of the walk
- Led by a friendly facilitator who ensures a safe, welcoming environment.
Positive Walking is a relaxed weekly walking group that meets every Tuesday at 10.30am at Hyde Park Cannon, corner Liverpool and College Streets. Established in 2018, the program helps build healthier habits in a friendly, inclusive setting.

RSVP not required – just turn up and join whenever you can.
