Zen Movement is an online, one-hour functional movement workshop designed for people living with HIV. This six-week program offers a fun, no-pressure environment to help you stay active and maintain your physical fitness from the comfort of your own home.

Zen Movement is led by BGF trainer Will Bennet, who will make sure you are supported and engaged in each session.
OUR PROGRAMS
Participation requirements
Zen Movement requires a minimum of six participants to proceed. If fewer than six people sign up by the start date, you will be placed on a waitlist until the minimum level is reached.
