Zen Movement is led by BGF trainer Will Bennet, who will make sure you are supported and engaged in each session.

OUR PROGRAMS

Participation requirements

Zen Movement requires a minimum of six participants to proceed. If fewer than six people sign up by the start date, you will be placed on a waitlist until the minimum level is reached.

Please note, this program is run in NSW and SA only.
