BGF's Health & Wellbeing Programs are a fantastic opportunity to connect with other people with HIV and to share your experiences, meet new people and cultivate a new skill to help you thrive.
BGF programs are categorized under the 4 main areas to help achieve a better quality of life namely: Social, Psychological, Physical and Financial health.
These programs create opportunities to spend time with, and learn from others with HIV in NSW & SA.
The outcome? A safe, supportive network of people with a shared experience of HIV, gaining knowledge and skills that enable them to take better control of their lives and help reach their personal goals.
Take a look at our Impact Report to see how our Health & Wellbeing Programs have positively impacted participants' lives.
Please note, programs need a minimum of 6 attendants to proceed. If less than 6 participants sign up by the start date, applicants will be placed on a waitlist until the minimum level is reached.
