Self Management and Recovery Training (SMART) is a new free group program assisting any behavioural or substance addictions including an addiction to drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, gambling, food, shopping, internet and others that are detrimental to one's health, wellbeing and financial independency.
Guided by trained peers, participants come to help themselves and help each other using a variety of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and motivational tools and techniques.

Please note, programs need a minimum of 6 attendants to proceed. If less than 6 participants sign up by the start date, applicants will be placed on a waitlist until the minimum level is reached.
