QIGONG is a gentle exercise routine that promotes mindfulness and flexibility and will be taught by Qigong and Tai Chi instructor, Kerry-Anne Knibbs. Our Programs Coordinator, Ruan will be facilitating the course and is organising a water bottle and yoga mat to be supplied to all participants.
The new program launches Tuesday 2nd February and runs between 11am-12pm for 6 weeks finishing Tuesday 9th March.
