QIGONG is a gentle exercise routine that promotes mindfulness and flexibility and will be taught by Qigong and Tai Chi instructor, Kerry-Anne Knibbs. Our Programs Coordinator, Ruan will be facilitating the course and is organising a water bottle and yoga mat to be supplied to all participants.
The new program launches Tuesday 3rd August and runs between 11am-12pm for 6 weeks finishing Tuesday 7th September.
This new version of our Qigong course will be informative and interactive around the healing power of Qi and learning Traditional Chinese Techniques: Qigong movement, massage, intention, meditation and breathing.
Please note, programs need a minimum of 6 attendants to proceed. If less than 6 participants sign up by the start date, applicants will be placed on a waitlist until the minimum level is reached.
