BGF’s Zen Movement program is an online one hour functional movement 6-week workshop that aims to get PLHIV up and active in the comfort of their own home.
The workshop is facilitated by a qualified fitness instructor and designed to help our clients maintain functional body movements in a fun no pressure environment whilst giving them the necessary skills to continue to self-care and look after their own physical fitness once the workshop concludes.
Participants meet via Zoom where they learn about the benefits of exercise. The sessions will consist of a warmup, exercise and stretch period, ending with Yoga Nidra (sleep yoga) for a full relaxation experience.
Zen Movement starts Tuesday 29th September and finishes Tuesday 3rd November.
